Michell Mok
Holding art and business in my hands, I always carry a curiosity for eternal truths in my heart.
Just as the sun, moon, stars, earth, and sea have their own purposes and glories, I find joy in recognizing the excellence, sublimity, and beauty of every creation.
Born in South Korea, I have received abundant protection and support for my growth, both internally and externally, from God, family, friends, and society, enabling me to live anywhere in the world.
I have now worked more years in the United States than in Korea, and almost half of my time in the U.S. has been with LODA, which I see as a testament to my trust in Loda’s depth and capabilities.
I am on a long journey with LODA, because her core is noble, because she deeply contemplates the true nature of the world’s ever-changing forms from different perspectives and expresses them with artistic precision. This is why I wish to connect with and share more of her artistic expressions.
I walk swiftly along diverse paths beyond nations, time and eras, always feeling the air of inner joy as hope. With a deep breath, I continue my journey . On this path of life, full of risks and twists, I bravely continue my cosmic quest towards the essence of existence, with the purpose of becoming a fisherwoman for people.
